Zifei runs a practical training base for AI drama and one-person companies. His work focuses on hands-on production, individual project incubation and lean entrepreneurship, supporting creators, independent publishers, local business owners and professionals exploring a new direction.

His training covers concepts, scripts, characters, settings, storyboards, camera movement, sound, editing and release. Framing, composition, lighting, colour and rhythm are translated into practical prompts, shot plans and production standards, with every shot serving the story.

He has contributed to AI-transition training for traditional film teams and to competition preparation through a Futian education and research institute collaboration for a national youth AI-assisted digital-art competition. His teaching combines directing, portfolio reviews, staged learning and individual project development.
